Things to do:-
Drink lemon tea, chinese tea. Eat oat, biscuit.
Eat your dinner early; between 6.00pm - 7.30pm.
Do not:-
Do not eat peanuts, chips, chocolate, bread, rice.
Do not eat supper.
Do Yoga at home.
