Fast and Healthy Diet Menu

To keep Fit with Healthy Diet. Here are my simple Fast and Healthy Diet Menu:-

Breakfast
1 piece of whole meal bread spread with FIT / MIN (Agel Products)
1 glass of milk 

Lunch 
1 glass of oat
5 piece of cookies/ biscuits
1 packet of MIN/ UMI (Agel  Products)

Tea-Time
1 glass of lemon tea/chinese tea
1 piece of fruit (apple/ banana/ orange)

Dinner
2 spoons of rice
3 pieces of vegetable
2 pieces of meat 
1 pieces of fruit (orange/apple)
