Healthy Diet
I'm NOT a Vegetarian. I still can't go 100% vegetarian but I will certainly cut down on meat for a Healthy Diet.
Food is the life enjoyment. Meat addiction is something that is difficult for me to let go.
Many of my friend ask me the same question. How do you keep fit?
To keep Fit with Healthy Diet. Here are my simple Healthy Diet Menu:-
Breakfast
1 piece of whole meal bread
1 glass of milk or 'milo'
Lunch
1 glass of oat
5 piece of cookies/ biscuits
Tea-Time
1 glass of lemon tea/chinese tea
1 piece of cake
1 piece of fruit (apple/ banana)
Dinner
2 spoons of rice
3 pieces of vegetable
2 pieces of meat
1 pieces of fruit (orange/apple)
Well, keep repeat this in 2 weeks time, you will notice, eating lesser variety than before will make your energy level much better and your body is lighter.
Healthy Diet and Vegetarian
Actually, most of the restaurants are offering meat-free option. Eg. Nasi Lemak kosong, fried rice without meat, fried me with meat or ''wantan mee'' without ''wantan'', etc...So, there are more option...:)
