Apples are high in fiber, and help slow sugar absorption and stabilize blood sugar,lower cholesterol and remove toxins from the body. As with most foods, it is best to buy organic and eat with the skin of the apple.


Bananas are the common fruit in Malaysia and are the top selling fruit in the United States. One study showed that eating 4-6 bananas per week can cut the risk of kidney cancer. It also help protect the stomach from ulcers by thickening the mucus lining of the stomach and destroying the bacteria that causes ulcers.


Carrots is a root vegetable with a crisp texture when fresh. It also high content of vitamin A which beneficial and contributes to the function of the retina of the eyes.


Durians is the ''King of Fruits''. It is a spikey with a sulfuric smell. Everyone finds this fruit either repulsive or addictive. Some said it is has a sweet smell of success. It contains high levels of soft proteins than most other fruits.


Eggplants contains vitamins A, B and C, potassium, iron and protein.It is high fiber content helps digestive function, and lowers risk of coronary heart disease.


Lemons are rich in vitamin C which helps with the absorption of the iron. Good for digestive aid because they stimulate the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.


Mangoes helps relieve clogged pores and your skins. Enzymes in raw mangoes improve digestion.


Papaya is good for skins,protein and digestion.



Strawberries are rich source of the phenols that help protect the heart from disease and good for skins.


Zucchini is a summer squash, it is a popular in all cuisines whether it is American, Japanese, French, Italian, or Mexican. It is helpful in the prevention of atherosclerosis and diabetic heart disease.It has been found to assist the body in fighting off toxins that can cause colon cancer.
